THE G-LITTER are 1/2 Solovyev Siberia import, 1/2 Markovo-Seppalas. The litter has an exceptionally low ABB index (percentage of "Ali, Beowulf, Baron" Surgut/Helen progeny relative to the rest of the pedigree) of 21.875%. The overall 10-generation Coefficient of Inbreeding for this mating is a low 11.13%. There is mild BEOWULF inbreeding here: 6,7,6-3. Other significant inbreeding in the pedigree is: POWDER OF MARKOVO 5-3 and the parents of the two Solovyev dogs, 4-3 each. The sire DITKO comes from the European breeding programme of Pirena race competitor Ramón Rojas, whose breeding was based on SSSD Project stock and Solovyev import stock acquired through Czech musher Ivan Síbrt. The relatively low levels of inbreeding in these dogs and their broad range of founders will make them useful breeding partners for virtually all the young stock recently bred at Seppala Kennels.
